Our operating model is designed to make each material traceable through a documented chain of receipt, review, release, inventory, and shipment.
Identity, business documentation, specifications, and change controls are reviewed before a source is approved.
Incoming materials receive an internal lot record and remain segregated from released inventory.
Specifications and supporting analytical records are evaluated for the represented material and lot.
A completed release review requires an authorized disposition. Items explicitly marked Documentation pending may be offered with checkout acknowledgment; that does not constitute an approved COA or a completed release review.
Available quantity, storage, allocation, and order linkage are maintained at the lot level.
Tracking, customer communication, exceptions, and approved claims remain linked to the order record.
CERTIFICATES OF ANALYSIS
A document is useful only when it maps cleanly to the material in hand. Public records are designed to show the lot identifier, represented material, relevant specification summary, document date, and source certificate where approved.
