01

Research-use requirements

Who may request or purchase KCC Labs materials?

KCC Labs materials are for qualified purchasers conducting lawful laboratory research. Purchasers must be at least 21, authorized to act for themselves or their organization, and able to evaluate handling, facility, and destination requirements. Checkout is available for eligible in-stock items with their displayed documentation status.

Are any materials intended for use in humans or animals?

No. Catalog materials are offered only for laboratory research and are not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, administration, compounding, diagnosis, treatment, food, cosmetic, or household use.

Can support provide dosing, reconstitution, administration, or medical guidance?

No. KCC Labs does not provide dosing, reconstitution for administration, medical, veterinary, diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical-use guidance. Support can assist only with catalog identity, documentation, account, order, shipping, and website questions.

02

Catalog and documentation

How do I find a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?

Open COAs and enter the exact batch number from the label. If documentation is pending, no approved COA is available yet. Label claims are not a substitute for a batch-specific COA.

What does a released lot mean?

Released means the required internal receipt, identity, documentation, and disposition records for that lot have been completed. It does not establish clinical safety, efficacy, sterility, suitability for administration, or regulatory approval.

Can I request documentation before ordering?

Yes. Choose Catalog or documentation on the Contact Support form and identify the catalog item and document needed. Availability depends on the specific material and lot; generic records are not represented as lot-specific.

03

Orders, shipping, and tax

Can I place a live order now?

Checkout accepts eligible in-stock items with the displayed documentation status. Select an available payment method and follow its instructions. Payment must be verified before fulfillment; missing COAs remain disclosed as documentation pending.

Where will KCC Labs ship?

We ship to eligible domestic United States destinations. Address, destination, product, and purchaser eligibility may be reviewed before an order is accepted. Available delivery options are shown at checkout.

How are shipping rates and taxes calculated?

Delivery options are calculated for your shipping address and package. Applicable destination tax is included in the selected quote. Review the item subtotal, discount, shipping, tax, and total before placing your order. Payment instructions follow order placement.

How do I track an order?

Use the Track Order page with the order number and matching email address. When a live shipment exists, the order record can show the carrier, tracking number, and current delivery status.

What should I do about a damaged, missing, or incorrect item?

Preserve the product, label, seal, shipping carton, and packaging. Submit the Contact Support form with the order and lot numbers and clear details. Damage should be reported within seven calendar days of delivery. Do not return or discard anything until KCC Labs provides written instructions.

04

Accounts and support

How do I recover account access?

Open Customer Account, choose Forgot password, and use the recovery link sent to the account email. KCC Labs will never ask you to send a password or authentication code through the support form.

What happens after I submit a support request?

The system creates a KCC-SUP reference number, sends an acknowledgement to the submitted email, and places the request in the protected support queue. Replies are sent by email. The form is not monitored as an emergency service.

What information should I avoid sending?

Do not submit passwords, one-time codes, full payment-card numbers, government identification, medical information, dosing questions, or sensitive laboratory data. Use an order number or lot number when it is relevant, but never send account credentials.
